The CogX Spring School was held at the Centre for Autonomous Systems, KTH, Stockholm, from March 1st -8th 2009. Thirty three researchers from CogX attended, together with invited speakers Giorgio Metta and Marc Hanheide. The Spring School involved state of the art tutorials on architectures for robot cognition, and a series of hands on exercises on robots. The attendees were split up into teams of four or five people and given the task of programming a Pioneer DX3 robot to perform an active visual search task by the end of the week. There was a competition at the end of the week. If you click on the picture below you can find pictures of the Spring School participants.
